Rock climbing and mountaineering are inherently dangerous. Any person using this product in any manner is personally responsible for their own actions and decisions, as well as understanding and respecting the proper use, capabilities, and limitations of this product. Inspect your gear before and after each use. Retire immediately if signs of damage, excessive wear, or sharp edges develop. Seek instruction by a qualified professional before using this product. Failure to follow these warnings can result in severe injury or death!!!

INSPECTION

Inspect your gear before each use. If you notice what might be a problem, seek a professional opinion before continuing use of the product. Check nut tool for excessive wear and tear, burrs and sharp edges that may come in contact with soft goods. If you have any questions concerning the inspection of a nut tool, contact Neilico LLC before use.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Neilico technical adventure equipment must be used only for the specified purpose for which it was designed. Neilico LLC, it's partners or shareholders  shall not be liable for any consequential damages, injury, paralysis or death arising from any use or misuse of its products. In using Neilico LLC equipment, you (the customer) assume the responsibilities of ownership and operation, and you agree to hold harmless Neilico, Neilico LLC, owners, partners and employees for any incident or action involving the use of Neilico products.

WARRANTY

Neilico warrants that its product will meet the specifications stated in the description. Notice for replacement must be given within 30 days of the discovery a potential defect.

In consideration of the above warranties by Neilico LLC, the customer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:

• That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied;
• That ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND/OR WAIVED;
• That the buyer’s sole remedy shall be to obtain replacement of the product free of charge from Neilico LLC; and

That this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against Neilico LLC.

Neilico LLC shall have no liability for:

• Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or delivering Information;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery of the Information; or
• Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the Information furnished hereunder.
